Our projects are situated on the Turkish Riviera for the main reason that here we have longer summers and warmer winters, which also means that we have all year round, low cost flights. This also makes the capital growth potential higher in this area and also gives a much higher potential for rental. The south coast of Turkey is unrivalled by other areas which are not open all year round and do not have the facilities and activities available here in the South. All this with its breathtaking back drop of the Touros Mountains gives this area a truly Mediterranean feel.
